We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our fantastic team at Albert's Schloss. We're looking for someone to support each of our teams across the site, with an additional focus on our guest's experience.

You will be submersed into a fun, exciting and thorough training programme across all areas, before specialising in a certain section of our team. This role is open to someone who has specialist experience in bar or floor and who has all round Assistant Management experience.

Who we need...

The ideal candidate will be:

Previous Assistant Management experience, ideally from a fast paced, high volume venue; covering both dry & wet led sales
Experienced in building an energised and engaged team
Has a real authentic desire to develop from within
Passionate about the hospitality industry
Experience in a busy, fast paced business
All the usual financial stuff… (we can teach all of that for the right person)

Experience in the above is ideal, but passion is everything!

Salary: £29.5k-32k per annum + up to 30% bonus
