We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with the passion and enthusiasm to succeed in a busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will have strong experience as a Sous working with fresh food in a high-volume restaurant.
As Sous chef you will be working alongside the management team, you'll be a valuable part of a kitchen that thrives on the pressure of working in a busy food operation. You'll engage and work alongside our Chefs as part of a tight-knit team in an exciting, fast-moving environment, preparing fresh locally sourced ingredients.

Our Bavarian bier hall and alpine inspired restaurant is a retreat from the modern world where we invite you to discover new things, celebrate one another, and revel in the wünder of our Schloss. Influenced by our travels across Alpine Europe; expect roaring fires, tankards of Europe’s finest bier, delicious Bavarian inspired dishes from our Cook Haus and bakery, and seven nights of showtime.
