We are looking for a talented & passionate individual to help lead our bar crew at Albert's Schloss! Our bar team has a passion for providing world class guest experiences and creating beautiful drinks - they're a lively, energetic and sociable bunch, so we need our new Bar Manager to be the same!

Who we need...
This is a rare and unique opportunity for a passionate and inspiring bar manager, to lead one of Manchester's busiest venues. Albert's Schloss is celebrated for our six iconic copper Pilsner tanks, quirky live entertainment and dancing on the benches all night long. Having a bar manager who is obsessed with developing, growing and leading their team is key to our success.

Who you'll be doing...
Albert's Schloss is a 70-80% wet lead bier palace, accomplishing record sales of up to 400K (net) per week and selling over 18,000 pints of Pilsner Urquell a month. Our bar team compromises of up to 30 bartenders and bar support team members with our Bar Manager leading from the front. You'll be responsible for everything from paving the development for our bar team on to specialists and beyond, curating our cocktail liste, discovering new rotational beers and supporting the manufacturing of our in haus schnapps!
