We are looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our family. Our bartenders have a passion for providing world class guest experiences and creating beautiful drinks. At Trof we like to merge all roles, so as well as being a star behind the bar, we need someone who isn’t afraid of jumping onto the floor and interacting with guests. All things front of house.

Who We Are

One of the first bars to emerge from the Northern Quarter, we are an all day and night boozer, with great food and coffee. We are part of Mission Mars, which is an award winning multi concept operator based in the North West.  Our sister venues include Albert Hall, Rudy’s Neapolitan Pizza and Albert’s Schloss
