Deputy Bar Manager, Albert's Schloss, Manchester

Salary: £32,000 per annum + up to 32% bonus

We are extremely excited that following the continued success of Albert’s Schloss Liverpool, Mission Mars are growing their team again and looking for a Deputy Bar Manager to join the Liverpool site and support our Bar operation, with a particular focus on our guest experience bonus and guest satisfaction.

Albert’s Schloss Liverpool provides World Class Food from our Cook Haus and Bakery, an outstanding range of drinks, cocktails and beers from our Bier Palace and seven nights a week of SHOWTIME!

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Bars Manager to support our Bars Manager in the management of multiple bars across the venue; leading a fast paced bar team to deliver world class hospitality experiences for our guests.

Who we need...

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous senior bar management experience in a high volume wet led venue
Commitment to excellence in team development and engagement
Passionate about world class guest experiences
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Willingness to travel for training and development
Committed to your personal development

Experience in the above is ideal, but passion is everything!
