Sales Executive - Albert&#39;s Schloss BirminghamSalary: £13.45 per hour &#43; Tronc &#43; Bonus We’re looking for someone passionate and experience in sales, to join us as a Sales Executive for Albert’s Schloss Birmingham. We need superstars who have worked in a reservations, host or admin role before &amp; who are passionate about hospitality and delivering a world class service to our guests. What you&#39;ll be doing<ul><li>Managing bookings through Collins - DesignMyNight and answering phone queries</li><li>Working with the front of house team to ensure booking notes are communicated efficiently</li><li>Targeting key contacts to encourage bookings</li><li>Working with the Sales &amp; Events Manager with outreach projects</li><li>Attending external &amp; pop-up events to promote Albert&#39;s Schloss</li></ul> Who we need<ul><li>Someone who has a love for great hospitality</li><li>A genuine desire to go above and beyond and make our guests feel at home &amp; welcome</li><li>Organised &amp; computer literate</li><li>Experience with Collins - DesignMyNight would be helpful but not essential</li></ul> Who we areAlbert’s Schloss is part of the Mission Mars Group, and we currently operate Albert’s Schloss in Manchester, Birmingham and Liverpool, as well as Albert’s Schenke, Albert Hall, and Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana, employing 1600 colleagues.
