Senior Sous Chef - Albert&#39;s Schloss ManchesterSalary: £42,000-45,000 per annum (depending on experience) &#43; up to 32% bonus per annum, paid quarterly! (OTE up to £59k) We are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef with the passion and enthusiasm to succeed in a busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of strong experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef working with fresh food, in a high-volume restaurant. As Senior Sous chef you will be working alongside the management team, you&#39;ll be a valuable part of a kitchen that thrives on the pressure of working in a busy food operation. You&#39;ll engage and work alongside our Chefs as part of a tight-knit team in an exciting, fast-moving environment, preparing fresh locally sourced ingredients.
