We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.

You’ll be an inspiring leader with a proven track record in fast-paced, high-performing restaurants. A strong communicator and role model, you’ll lead with integrity and professionalism—motivating and developing chefs at every level to deliver world-class dishes and unforgettable guest experiences.


With a keen eye for detail, you’ll uphold brand standards and kitchen excellence—from GP and rotas to health & safety, allergens, and equipment. Your flair for menu development and innovation will keep our offer fresh and exciting, while your commitment to personal growth will help drive the business and your career forward.

  • Highly skilled Head Chef with extensive experience in a fast paced restaurant environment
  • Inspiring people leader who can develop and engage their team to deliver world class dishes and experiences for our guests
  • Strong communicator who leads by example with professionalism and integrity
  • Excellent coach and mentor to chefs of all levels
  • Passion for brand standards and commitment to excellence
  • Strong kitchen management experience – including GP, health and safety, labour and rota’s, allergens, equipment maintenance and auditing
