Head Chef – Albert’s Schenke, Liverpool
Salary: £40,000-45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + up to 32% bonus
Albert’s Schenke is part of the Mission Mars family (alongside Albert’s Schloss, Rudy’s Pizza and Albert Hall). Our bier tavern and cook haus is inspired by the Alpine regions of Europe, serving up the best biers, seasonal schnapps, and delicious dishes cooked with heart. We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Head Chef to lead our small but mighty kitchen team at Albert’s Schenke.
You’ll be a natural leader with experience in fast-paced kitchens, able to inspire and develop a close-knit team while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety and consistency. With strong kitchen management skills, you’ll take ownership of GP, rotas, health & safety, and allergens, while also getting stuck into service alongside your team.
We want someone who loves fresh, hearty cooking, is excited by Alpine-inspired food, and is ready to make their mark in a well-loved Liverpool venue.
