Salary: Up to £30,300 + up to 32% bonus (paid quarterly)

What’s the role?

As Assistant Manager, you’ll dive into a fun and comprehensive training programme covering all departments. You’ll play a key role in driving World Class Hospitality and smashing our guest experience bonus, all while building a strong and engaged team.

Experienced in Assistant Management within a lively wet/dry venue
A natural leader and motivator who gets the best out of your team
Passionate about hospitality and creating incredible guest moments
Confident in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Eager to grow and ready to take the next step in your career
Up for learning the “financial stuff”—if you’re the right person, we’ll train you!
