We’re thrilled to announce the next chapter for our iconic Hanover Street venue. Formerly Albert's Schenke, the space is being reimagined and relaunched as Schiller’s Hall — a bold new concept from the Mission Mars.


Schiller’s Hall blends Alpine warmth with European soul and a generous spirit, all under one roof. Born in the mountains and raised in the city, it’s a place to explore, gather, celebrate and lose track of time. What You’ll Be Doing

· Co-creating (with your Director of Operations) and delivering the annual business plan.

· Setting clear priorities, goals and initiatives across all departments.

· Coaching and developing your management team through a structured, action-oriented approach.

· Creating a culture obsessed with guest experience and hospitality excellence.

· Driving team engagement, retention and internal progression.

· Leading the venue to strong, sustainable financial performance, with full ownership of budget and P&L.

· Using data and key metrics to identify opportunities and improve performance.

· Ensuring excellence in food, drink, service and atmosphere — every shift, every day.

· Embedding sustainable practices and operational best practice.

· Ensuring full compliance across health & safety, training and auditing.

· Recruiting and building a team through a values-led, behavioural approach.

· Championing wellbeing, care and support across your team.

· Role modelling our Mission Mars values in everything you do.

Experience We’re Looking For

· Proven experience as a General Manager (or a strong, ready-now Deputy/AGM) within a quality-led hospitality environment.

· Experience leading both wet and dry led sales, in a high-energy venue.

· Demonstrable success in driving guest experience, team engagement and commercial results.

· Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.

· A track record of building, developing and retaining great teams.
