Job Title: Marketing & PR Manager – Albert’s Schloss
Location: Manchester
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per annum + up to 30% bonus
Reports to: Senior Brand Manager
Overview
We’re looking for an ambitious, proactive Marketing & PR Manager to help grow the Albert’s Schloss brand through standout campaigns, strong partnerships and consistent, high-quality brand execution across all channels.
In this role, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of marketing and PR activity that drives awareness, bookings and reputation. You’ll work closely with the Senior Brand Manager, in-house creative team, venue teams and external partners to ensure everything we do is on-brand, timely and commercially effective.

We’re hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who blends creativity with commercial discipline. You’ll drive digital performance across paid, owned, and earned channels, making sure Albert’s Schloss shows up with energy, relevance, and consistency.
This role needs someone who can think strategically, is analytical, and deliver hands-on.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of the annual brand, campaign and PR plan for Albert’s Schloss.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR and in-venue channels.
- Manage relationships with PR agencies, media contacts and influencers to secure consistent coverage.
- Identify and activate partnerships that build brand reach and drive footfall.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of printed collateral including menus, posters, table talkers, signage and promotional materials.
- Manage the menu design and production process with F&B, operations and creative teams to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Roll out seasonal campaigns, new openings and key trading moments across all channels.
- Deliver day-to-day social media planning, scheduling and publishing across all Albert’s Schloss channels.
- Brief and collaborate with in-house creative and content teams on campaign and asset development.
- Work closely with venue teams to support local marketing activity and adapt national campaigns where needed.
- Track campaign performance, PR coverage and ROI, providing insight and recommendations.
- Act as a strong brand guardian across all guest touchpoints.
Person Specification
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, brand or PR roles, ideally within hospitality, food & drink or a lifestyle sector.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Proven experience working with PR agencies, media outreach or partnership activation.
- Strong understanding of social media management and content planning.
- Experience managing printed marketing materials and working with designers and suppliers.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Confident working cross-functionally with creative, operations and external partners.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimise activity.
- Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
- A genuine interest in food, drink, entertainment and hospitality culture.
