Reservations Coordinator/Host, Albert's Schloss, Manchester

Rate: £11 + tronc + tips + guest experience bonus (happy guests = 50p extra per hour!)

Hours: 30-35 hours per week

We are looking for hardworking, talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our Host & Sales team here at Albert’s Schloss Manchester for the most exciting time of the year!

We’re looking for someone to join us in a hybrid role between the Sales and Reservations Team & The Host Team. Your time would be split between coordinating reservations in the Sales Office and Hosting on the floor in Albert’s Schloss. We need superstars who have either worked in a reservations, host or admin role before & who are passionate about hospitality and delivering a world class service to our guests. Experience is great but is not essential as full training will be provided.

What you’ll be doing


· Being the face of Albert’s Schloss, working on our host stand, greeting guests as they enter

· Ensuring smooth transitions between tables in the restaurant and bar area

· Managing bookings through resdiary and answering phone queries

Reservations Coordinator

· Answering inbound queries via email and phone

· Coordinate the diary of Albert’s Schloss using resdiary

· Work closely with the host team to ensure large bookings and parties are ran smoothly

Who we need

· Love for Hospitality and a genuine desire to go above and beyond.

· Organised & Computer Literate

· Good Communication Skills

· Experience with Res Diary preferred, not essential.

· Good Phone Manner
