Chester… we’re coming. Our newest Rudy’s is landing in the heart of the city and it’s set to be a big one — two floors, 170+ covers, and our 39th Rudy’s Pizzeria. We’re looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager to help bring the energy, build the culture, and lead from the front in one of our most exciting openings yet.

About the role

  • This role is perfect for a current Assistant Manager — or a strong Supervisor/Team Leader ready to step up — who wants to take ownership of the floor and help shape a brand-new opening from day one.
  • You’ll work closely with the General Manager to build a high-performing team, create an unforgettable guest experience, and drive standards across a busy, high-energy restaurant.
  • At Rudy’s, no two shifts look the same. Our pizzerias are fast, vibrant and full of personality — and we’re looking for managers who bring exactly that.


What we’re looking for

  • Experience leading teams in a busy hospitality environment
  • Someone who can motivate, coach and build an engaged team culture
  • Confidence managing shifts, labour, standards and guest experience
  • Comfortable working with systems, budgets and P&L awareness
  • A genuine passion for food, drink and hospitality
  • Energy, resilience and a hands-on leadership style
  • Someone excited by growth and wanting to develop their career with us
