Bar Manager – Albert’s Schloss Birmingham

Salary: £39,000–£41,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + up to 32% bonus

We’re on the lookout for a standout Bar Manager to join the team at Albert’s Schloss Birmingham — a high-energy, world-class venue where exceptional drinks, unforgettable guest experiences, and seven nights of SHOWTIME come together.

The Role

As Bar Manager, you’ll take ownership of a dynamic and high-volume bar operation, leading from the front to deliver exceptional standards across service, quality, and guest experience. You’ll play a key role in driving performance, developing your team, and consistently raising the bar (literally).

You’ll immerse yourself in our full training programme to understand every corner of the Schloss, before focusing on leading and elevating your bar team.

Who We’re Looking For

Proven management experience in a wet-led, high-volume environment
A natural leader who can motivate, engage and develop teams through coaching, 1:1s and incentives
Passionate about delivering world-class guest experiences
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy venue
Commercially aware, with a good understanding of KPIs and financial performance (we’ll support you to build this further)
Genuinely passionate about hospitality and developing people from within
