Sous Pizza Chef, Rudy's Neapolitan Pizza
We are looking for a passionate and experienced pizzaiolo that understands and loves authentic Neapolitan style pizza, to join our team as a Sous Chef.
What we need
- Experience in leading, motivating and developing a team
- Can confidently demonstrate the Neapolitan techniques – dough and stretching
- Knowledge and experience in the use of a wood/gas oven
- Can read, write, understand and speak English
- Lead a team to deliver world class pizzas in a busy open kitchen
Who we are
Rudy’s started life in Manchester. Our vision was simple, great pizza for everyone. Fresh dough made on site daily, the finest Italian ingredients and just 60 seconds in the oven. Perfetto!
From pop ups to pizzerias, this vision is still at our heart and we recreate this magic in every one of our restaurants – now we want you be a part of it!

Salary: £13.50/hour + Tips + Tronc + Bonus
