We're recruiting Kitchen Porters to join the kitchen team at Albert's Schloss on a fixed term contract from mid-September until the end of December. You will be a part of our Oktoberfest celebrations as well as the Christmas period - our busiest time of the year!

Our Kitchen Porters are an essential part of our kitchen operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes during our busiest and most exciting season. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced kitchen, work alongside an experienced team and earn extra money in the lead up to Christmas. No previous experience is required – full training will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and operating efficiently.
Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment.
Supporting the chefs with deliveries, stock movement and food preparation where required.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
Working as part of a close-knit kitchen team to keep service running smoothly.

Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential.
