Executive Assistant & Business Support

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: Full time £30,000-35,000 per annum + up to 30% bonus, open to part-time applicants.

We are extremely passionate about our people, and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant & Business Support to join our team.


As Executive Assistant & Business Support you will be based at our vibrant Ground Control (HQ) in Manchester City Centre with some flexibility to work from home and will involve travel to our venues, and to key meetings / conferences, supporting our senior Exec team. A core part of your role will be executive support to our CEO.


We are welcoming full-time and part-time applications for this role.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Executive team support – including diary management, project support and administrative tasks
  • Support on travel and accommodation bookings
  • Co-ordination and support on key events and conferences
  • Attending and minute taking at key meetings including Board & Exec
  • Taking responsibility for ensuring executive actions are followed up and where appropriate, applying your knowledge and skills to support in delivering results
  • Supporting on people related projects and workstreams
  • Internal communications and business updates
  • Producing presentations and reports

What we are looking for:

  • Previous or current experience as an executive support, office manager or a similar role
  • Experience within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong administration and diary management experience
  • Can-do attitude, self-motivated, confident and uses initiative
  • Positive and friendly personality and excellent at building relationships
  • Highly organised & good time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong PC skills – including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
