We’re hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who blends creativity with commercial discipline. You’ll drive digital performance across paid, owned, and earned channels, making sure Albert’s Schloss shows up with energy, relevance, and consistency.
This role needs someone who can think strategically, is analytical, and deliver hands-on.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution
• Own and evolve the digital strategy across CRM, web, and paid media
• Lead campaign planning for priority moments such as Oktoberfest and Christmas
CRM & Audience Growth
• Own CRM strategy and execution using Atreemo
• Build targeted email programmes to drive booking frequency and customer value
• Develop guest lifecycle journeys
Performance Marketing
• Manage paid channels with agencies (Meta, Google, PMAX) to drive traffic, bookings, and revenue
• Build structured test-and-learn activity; optimise ROI and CPA
• Hold agencies to commercial and reporting expectations
Digital Trading & Web
• Own website performance; continuously improve conversion, UX, and SEO
• Manage event pages, booking flows, and menu updates
• Collaborate with operations to improve guest experience pre-visit
Analytics & Insight
• Build and maintain dashboards that track channel and campaign performance
• Use insight to inform decisions and improve future activity
• Communicate how digital contributes to commercial outcomes
Leadership & Collaboration
• Champion digital best practice across the business
• Support development of junior team members
• Work closely with Senior Brand Manager, Ops, and Sales
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
• 5+ years digital marketing experience, ideally in hospitality or leisure
• Hands-on CRM experience using Atreemo
• Proven experience with GA4 (reporting, analysis, attribution)
• Proven track record in performance marketing across Meta + Google
• Agency management experience with commercial accountability
• Strong data literacy (reporting, attribution, funnel analysis)
• Experience planning and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns
• Comfortable working at pace across multiple venues and stakeholders
Nice-to-Have
• Preferred experience with Collins, Toggle, and Wireless Social
