Position: Apprentice Pizzaiolo

Salary: £13.45 | Tips & Tronc | Bi-Weekly Bonus

Contract: Full Time

As an Apprentice Pizzaiolo at Rudy's, you'll learn the art of making authentic Neapolitan pizza. Working alongside experienced pizzaiolos, you'll help prepare, stretch, top, and cook pizzas while developing your skills at the heart of the pizzeria whilst supporting our Kitchen Assistants. You'll gain hands-on experience and play an important role in creating great food for our guests

Your Day-to-Day

• Supporting the kitchen team with food preparation and daily kitchen tasks
• Assisting Kitchen Assistants with prep, cleaning, and maintaining an organised workspace
• Learning the foundations of authentic Neapolitan pizza-making through Rudy's Academy
• Developing skills in dough handling, stretching, topping, and oven work under the guidance of experienced Pizzaiolos
• Following Rudy's recipes, techniques, and quality standards throughout your training
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
• Contributing to a positive, team-focused atmosphere and helping deliver a great guest experience

What Rudy's Needs

• A passion for food and a genuine interest in learning the craft of Neapolitan pizza-making
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and stay organised under pressure
• A team player who communicates well and enjoys working with others
• Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided through Rudy's Academy
• Pride in producing quality work and a commitment to developing new skills and techniques
• A desire to progress and build a career as a Pizzaiolo within Rudy's
