What You'll Be Doing

Leading our Bar Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every single night
Bringing energy and passion to everything from service to cocktail creation
Coaching and developing your team through 1-1s, incentives and hands-on leadership
Driving standards, managing performance and championing a culture of excellence
Playing a key role in our Guest Experience Bonus and ensuring every guest leaves delighted

Who We’re Looking For

Previous Bar Management experience in a wet-led, high-energy venue
A genuine passion for delivering amazing drinks and unforgettable service
A people-first leader who brings out the best in others
Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a sharp eye for detail
Experience in finance, stock, and rota management is great — but we can teach that if you’ve got the attitude
