Salary: £13.50 + tronc

Albert’s Schloss will reside in the heart of London on Shaftesbury Avenue, taking over the former Rainforest Café site. Influenced by our travels across Alpine Europe; expect a Bavarian Bier Palace, Alpine-themed Cook Haus, and seven days of showtime.

The stunning 18,000 square foot space in the heart of the West End will be our fourth Albert’s Schloss in the UK, part of the Mission Mars Group. With four bars measuring over 45 metres in length, 500 covers for Cook Haus dining, in Haus Bakery, Ludwigs Tavern and an impressive stage that will offer totally unique entertainment.

As a People & Recruitment Coordinator at Albert's Schloss, you will report to the People & Training Manager & be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to ensure our team remains exceptional. You will work closely with our management team to understand staffing needs and help build a robust workforce that aligns with our brand values and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Source, screen, and select candidates for various roles within Albert's Schloss.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
  • Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain recruitment databases.
  • Collaboration: Work with department managers to understand staffing requirements and provide support throughout the hiring process.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities comply with legal and company standards.
  • Training: ensuring all new team members have a thorough & productive training plan
  • Development: delivering and supporting on top-up training with team members to ensure we're delivering a world class guest experience at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in training, recruitment or HR, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Attributes: A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for people and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of service and culture.
