Deputy General Manager, Albert's Schloss, Birmingham

Salary: £47,000-£53,000 (dependent on experience) + up to 32% bonus

We’re looking for a Deputy General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and knows how to lead from the front. This is a role for someone who can balance operational excellence with personality – creating an atmosphere that’s as warm and welcoming as it is electric, while developing and inspiring a large team to deliver standout service every single day.

You will be supporting the General Manager with:

Developing a high performing and engaged team
Ensuring a world class environment and service for our guests
Ensuring brand standards are met in all areas
Ensuring compliance in H&S and security
Working closely to deliver agreed goals and initiatives
Performing duty manager shifts and overseeing departments
Delivering a successful financial business performance – managing key KPI’s

Who we need...

Previous senior management experience in a high volume wet led venue, ideally with food experience as well
Commitment to excellence in team development and engagement
Passionate about world class guest experiences
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Willingness to travel for training and development
Strong understanding and experience managing budgets & P&L’s
