Position: Kitchen Assistant
Salary: £13.45 per hour (+ tips + tronc + guest experience bonus)
We’re bringing the Rudy’s magic to Chester — and this one’s going to be big. Our brand-new restaurant will span two floors, 170+ covers, and marks our 39th Rudy’s opening. And we want you to be part of it. We’re building a brand-new Famiglia — full of energy, passion, and people who love great food, fast-paced kitchens, and working as part of a tight-knit team.

About the role
- As a Kitchen Assistant at Rudy’s, you’ll be at the heart of the kitchen, supporting the team to keep service running smoothly and standards high.
- From prep and organisation to supporting during busy services, you’ll play a key role in delivering the Rudy’s experience.
- Our kitchens are fast, energetic and team-focused — and we’re looking for people who thrive in that environment.
- Ideally you'll already have kitchen experience, in a similar role
- Tthis is a brilliant opportunity to learn, develop and grow within a passionate team.
