Videographer - Rudy's Napoletana + Albert's Schloss

Salary: £32,000 to £40,000 (dependent on experience) + up to 30% bonus

Location: Office based at the Mission Mars Support Centre in Manchester, with regular travel to our venues.

Reporting Line: Reports to the Senior Brand Manager and works closely with the wider marketing team and venue teams across Rudy's and Albert's Schloss.

Overview

We're looking for a talented Videographer & Photographer to bring Rudy's and Albert's Schloss to life through outstanding visual storytelling.

This role is all about creating social-first video and photography that captures the atmosphere, energy and personality of our venues. From packed Saturday nights and live entertainment to beautifully plated food, expertly poured drinks and the characters that make our venues unique, you'll tell stories that make people want to visit.

You'll spend much of your time on site, capturing authentic moments as they happen and transforming them into engaging Instagram Reels, Stories and photography. Your content will also support CRM, websites, PR and wider marketing campaigns.

Working closely with the marketing and venue teams, you'll help translate campaigns, menu launches, entertainment programming and seasonal activity into content that reflects the creativity and theatre of our brands. From the authentic, craft-led world of Rudy's Napoletana – where Neapolitan pizza, great ingredients and the energy of the pizzeria take centre stage – to the big, bold and theatrical world of Albert's Schloss, where live entertainment, food, drinks and late-night energy collide, no two days will look the same.

Key Responsibilities

Capture high quality video and photography across Rudy's and Albert's Schloss.
Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories and photography that showcase the atmosphere and experience of our venues.
Film food, drinks, live entertainment, guests and team members in fast-paced hospitality environments.
Edit short-form video to a high standard using music, pacing, captions and storytelling techniques that maximise engagement.
Produce photography for social media, CRM, websites, PR and wider marketing activity.
Plan shoots around campaigns, seasonal launches, entertainment programmes and key trading periods.
Build and maintain a high quality library of video and photography assets.
Work closely with venue teams to identify and capture compelling moments.
Stay up to date with emerging visual trends and social media formats, continually bringing fresh creative ideas.

Skills & Experience

At least 2 to 3 years' professional experience as a Videographer & Photographer.
An outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong video and photography work.
Excellent video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar.
Strong photography skills with an eye for composition, lighting and storytelling.
Experience creating engaging short-form content for Instagram and other social platforms.
Confident shooting in busy, live hospitality environments.
Experience within hospitality, food, drink, lifestyle or entertainment brands would be an advantage.
Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple shoots and deadlines.
Passionate about hospitality, culture and creating content that people genuinely want to watch.
