Senior Duty Manager, Albert's Schloss, Liverpool

Salary: £36,000-41,500 per annum (dependent on experience) + up to 32% bonus

Albert’s Schloss Liverpool provides World Class Food from our Cook Haus and Bakery, an outstanding range of drinks, cocktails and beers from our Bier Palace and seven nights a week of SHOWTIME!

We are looking for an Senior Duty Manager to join our fantastic team at Albert's Schloss and submerse them into a fun, exciting and thorough training programme across all areas, before specialising in a certain section of our team. This role is open to someone who has specialist experience on the bar and who has strong Management experience.

You will be supporting the General Manager with:

Overseeing the duty management of Alberts Schloss
Drive team engagement, high quality food, drink, service and entertainment to deliver a world-class experience for our guests and team.
You will be committed to your profession as a hospitality leader, and constantly strive to deliver exceptional results through innovation, people, and sustainability.

Who we need...

Previous senior management experience
As Senior Duty Manager you will be knowledgeable in all operational areas of the business, including Bar, Restaurant, Kitchen, Entertainment and Security
You will know what world class looks like – from our food and drink specifications, to our guest steps of service, to how we treat our team.
You will be obsessed with nurturing, developing and inspiring the team with previous experience of training & development within your role
Commitment to excellence in team development and engagement
Passionate about world class guest experiences
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Willingness to travel for training and development
Strong understanding and experience managing budgets & P&L’s
Committed to your personal development
