£12.50 per hour + tronc + 75p guest experience bonus

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a vibrant bar environment? As our Bar Support Supervisor, you'll ensure smooth operations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise the Bar Support Team, ensuring efficient task completion.
Support the Bar Team: Provide bartenders with the tools they need for exceptional service.
Maintain Standards: Keep the venue pristine and manage stock levels.
Training: Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
Lead by Example: Perform support duties when needed to set a standard.
Issue Reporting: Communicate operational issues effectively.
Safety & Hygiene: Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
Venue Preparation: Ensure the venue is ready for service and cleaned at close.
