Albert’s Schloss Soho is part of the Mission Mars Group, alongside Schiller's Hall, Rudy’s Pizza and Albert Hall. The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Albert’s Schloss Soho.

You’ll be an inspiring leader with a proven track record in fast-paced, high-performing restaurant environments. A strong communicator and role model, you’ll lead with integrity and professionalism—motivating and developing chefs at every level to deliver exceptional dishes and unforgettable guest experiences.

With a sharp eye for detail, you’ll uphold brand standards and kitchen excellence across all areas—from GP and rotas to health & safety, allergens, and equipment. Your creativity and flair for menu development will keep our offer fresh, exciting, and true to the Schloss spirit, while your commitment to continuous improvement will help drive both the business and your own career forward.


Who we need

  • Highly skilled Head Chef with extensive experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Inspiring leader who can develop, engage and motivate a high-performing kitchen team
  • Strong communicator who leads by example with professionalism and integrity
  • Excellent coach and mentor to chefs of all levels
  • Passion for brand standards and delivering consistent excellence
  • Strong kitchen management experience (GP, labour, rotas, H&S, allergens, equipment maintenance and auditing)
  • Passion for menu development, creativity and innovation
  • Commitment to personal growth and continuous development
