We're recruiting Commis Chefs to join the kitchen team at Albert's Schloss on a fixed term contract from mid-September until the end of December. You will be a part of our Oktoberfest celebrations as well as the Christmas period - our busiest time of the year!

This is a fantastic opportunity to work through our busiest and most exciting season, developing your skills in a fast-paced, fresh food kitchen alongside an experienced team of chefs. If you're passionate about cooking and ready to build on your experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing fresh, high-quality ingredients and dishes to our standards.
Supporting the kitchen team during busy services.
Learning from experienced chefs in a fast-paced environment.
Maintaining excellent food quality, consistency and presentation.
Keeping high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety throughout service.

Who We're Looking For

A genuine passion for cooking and fresh food.
Experience working in a busy, fresh food kitchen is essential.
Someone who takes pride in preparing and presenting great food.
A team player with plenty of energy and enthusiasm.
Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit kitchen team.
A hardworking individual with a willingness to learn and develop.
