Rudy’s is looking for passionate Pizzaiolos to join our Brighton team on Jubilee Street — just moments from the seafront, in one of the city’s busiest and most vibrant neighbourhoods. From beach days and late-night bites to catch-ups in the Lanes, Rudy’s has become one of Brighton’s go-to pizza spots for authentic Neapolitan pizza, cold drinks, and good times.

About the Role
- This role has been stretched, topped and fired to perfection.
- As a Pizzaiolo at Rudy’s, you’ll be at the heart of the kitchen — hand-stretching dough, working the pizza oven, and creating authentic Neapolitan pizzas every single service.
- You’ll thrive in a busy kitchen, love working as part of a team, and bring energy to every shift.
Who we’re looking for
- Passionate about pizza and hospitality
- Experience making pizza or working with Neapolitan dough is ideal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Team players with great energy and attention to detail
- Or someone with the passion and drive to learn the craft properly
No Neapolitan experience yet? No problem. If you’ve got the right attitude and some kitchen or dough experience, our Pizzaiolo Academy will give you the training and support to level up your skills.
