Salary: £15 per hour + tips + tronc + 75p guest experience bonus

Albert’s Schloss will reside in the heart of London on Shaftesbury Avenue, taking over the former Rainforest Café site. Influenced by our travels across Alpine Europe; expect a Bavarian Bier Palace, Alpine-themed Cook Haus, and seven days of showtime.

The stunning 18,000 square foot space in the heart of the West End will be our fourth Albert’s Schloss in the UK, part of the Mission Mars Group. With four bars measuring over 45 metres in length, 500 covers for Cook Haus dining, in Haus Bakery, Ludwigs Tavern and an impressive stage that will offer totally unique entertainment.

We are looking for hardworking, talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our host team here at Albert’s Schloss London.

We’re looking for someone to join us as a Reservations Manager for our Albert’s Schloss London. We need superstars who have worked in a reservations, host or admin role before & who are passionate about hospitality and delivering a world class service to our guests.

What you’ll be doing

  • Reactive Business: Lead the work on reactive incoming business via the website, the phone and Outlook
  • Corporate Business: Support the Sales Manager by handling enquires 80 pax and less
  • Inbox Management: Lead the management of the venue’s inbox, distributing emails to the relevant team members and replying to all FAQs
  • Phone Calls: Lead the management of incoming phone calls, forwarding to the relevant person, picking up small enquiries and answering FAQs
  • Enquiry Management: Chase -80 pax open enquiries to push conversion
  • Upsells: Increase SPH on confirmed bookings by upselling packages, pre-orders and bolt-ons
  • Event Management: Ensure each booking is organised correctly, considering allocations, pre-orders, run sheet notes and all relevant information for smooth hand over to operations team
  • Showcases: Alongside the venue sales team, support with seasonal corporate showcases
  • FAM trips: Support the wider sales team with agency and corporate venue FAM trips
  • Off-Peak Shifts: Collaborate with the full Albert’s Schloss team by working evening and weekend shifts

Who we need

  • Previous reservations experience in hospitality
  • Love for Hospitality and a genuine desire to go above and beyond.
  • Organised & Computer Literate
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Experience with Res Diary preferred, not essential.
  • Good Phone Manner
