Reservations Manager, Albert's Schloss Manchester

£13.50 per hour


We are looking for hardworking, talented and experienced individual to join our sales team here at Albert’s Schloss Manchester, to join us as a Reservations Manager.


What you’ll be doing

  • Reactive Business: Lead the work on reactive incoming business via the website, the phone and Outlook
  • Corporate Business: Support the Sales Manager by handling large event enquiries
  • Phone Calls: Lead the management of incoming phone calls
  • Upsells: Increase SPH on confirmed bookings by upselling packages, pre-orders and bolt-ons
  • Event Management: Ensure each booking is organised correctly, considering allocations, pre-orders, run sheet notes and all relevant information for smooth hand over to operations team
  • Showcases: Alongside the Sales Manager, support with seasonal corporate showcases
  • FAM trips: Support the wider sales team with agency and corporate venue FAM trips
  • Off-Peak Shifts: Collaborate with the full Albert’s Schloss team by working evening and weekend shifts when required


Who we need

  • Previous experienced in a senior sales role is essential
  • Experience in B2B and corporate agency account management
  • Love for Hospitality and a genuine desire to go above and beyond.
  • Organised & Computer Literate
  • Good Communication and written Skills
  • Experience with Collins booking system
  • Excellent Phone Manner
