Location: Soho, London
Salary: £42,000–£46,000 per annum + tronc + up to 32% bonus
Please note: Albert's Schloss is a late-night hospitality venue. This role requires regular evening and weekend work and is ideal for experienced operators from high-volume bars, clubs and entertainment-led venues who love being at the heart of the action.
At Albert’s Schloss London, we’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Senior Duty Manager to help lead one of London’s most exciting hospitality venues.
What you'll be doing
As Senior Duty Manager, you'll be a visible leader on the floor, owning the guest experience from open to close and leading some of our busiest and most exciting trading periods.
This is not a desk-based management role. You'll spend the majority of your time operationally on the floor, working alongside your teams, anticipating guest needs, solving problems in the moment and ensuring every area of the venue is delivering world-class hospitality.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading busy service periods as the senior manager on duty, often late into the evening
- Being highly visible on the floor, with eyes across the entire operation at all times
- Driving exceptional guest experiences across food, drink, entertainment and service
- Making real-time decisions to keep service flowing and standards high during high-volume trading
- Leading and coordinating multiple departments including bar, restaurant, kitchen, entertainment and security
- Creating energy, pace and momentum throughout the venue during peak trading periods
- Supporting and developing managers and team leaders across the business
- Delivering strong financial performance and supporting P&L management
- Championing sustainability, standards and continuous improvement

Who we're looking for
We're looking for a hospitality leader who thrives when the venue is full, the music is on, the energy is high and every moment matters.
This role would be particularly suited to someone from a late-night hospitality, premium bar, club or entertainment-led venue background who is used to leading large teams, managing multiple moving parts and delivering exceptional guest experiences during high-volume trading.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a senior management role within a high-volume hospitality venue
- Experience leading late-night operations in a bar, club, entertainment-led or premium hospitality environment
- The confidence and presence to lead large teams during busy service periods
- Strong operational knowledge and an obsession with hospitality standards
- The ability to maintain awareness across multiple departments and respond quickly to changing priorities
- A passion for coaching, developing and inspiring people
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Financial awareness and experience managing budgets and KPIs
- A hands-on, floor-based leadership style
- A commitment to your own personal and professional development
