Salary: £35,000-39,000 per annum + up to 32% bonus
At Mission Mars, we’re on the lookout for a driven and commercially minded Sales Manager to lead our venue sales strategy, grow our corporate client base, and deliver unforgettable event experiences.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of driving sales growth across the venue, leading from the front and inspiring your team to deliver results. From building strong corporate relationships to creating smart, seasonal sales plans, you’ll play a key role in growing revenue and maximising every opportunity.
- Lead, coach and develop your sales team to achieve (and exceed) targets
- Create and deliver strategic sales plans aligned with key dates, launches and city-wide events
- Proactively generate new business through outreach, networking and corporate engagement
- Build and nurture relationships with key corporate clients and local businesses
- Manage large-scale event enquiries (50+ guests), driving conversion and maximising spend
- Collaborate closely with the GM and wider teams to deliver the venue’s sales strategy
- Host client visits, FAM trips and showcases to bring the brand to life
- Ensure seamless handover of events to operations, delivering a smooth and memorable guest experience
- Track performance, report on sales activity, and continuously look for ways to improve

- Proven experience in a sales or events role within hospitality
- A natural relationship-builder with strong networking skills
- Commercially aware with a track record of hitting targets
- A confident leader who can motivate and develop a team
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, energetic and always looking for the next opportunity
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
