About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Albert’s Schloss Soho. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue and creating memorable guest experiences. Blending reactive enquiry management with proactive business development, you'll take ownership of your sales pipeline, convert opportunities into bookings, and play a key role in delivering ambitious revenue targets. Whether securing large-scale events, nurturing long-term client relationships or uncovering new business opportunities, you'll help bring the Schloss experience to life for every guest.


What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll manage enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed booking, ensuring every opportunity is maximised through excellent communication, tailored proposals and consistent follow-up.


You'll:

  • Own and manage the full sales journey, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective upselling, yield management and commercial decision-making.
  • Maintain an organised and accurate sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are actively managed and progressed.
  • Develop and grow your own client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking and relationship building.
  • Re-engage previous clients and identify new business opportunities across corporate, social and private events.
  • Support key seasonal campaigns and venue initiatives to drive sales performance.


You'll also play an important role in delivering an outstanding client experience by:


  • Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Hosting venue show rounds, tastings and client events.
  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Supporting the wider sales team during busy trading periods and major campaigns.
  • Maintaining accurate records across all systems and ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Bringing energy, initiative and a solutions-focused approach to everything you do.


We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous sales or events experience, ideally within hospitality.
  • A proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a passion for achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding organisation and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused mindset.
  • A collaborative approach and positive attitude that contributes to team success.
