Marketing Executive (Albert’s Schloss)
Reports to: Senior Brand Manager
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 DOE
Location: Manchester City Centre - 4 days working from the office/a venue with one day at home available.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Delivery
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of campaigns across digital, social, PR, and in-venue channels.
- Plan, manage, and execute the Albert’s Schloss social media accounts.
- Work with the in-house creative team on campaign briefs and execution.
- Help organise and promote seasonal events, product launches, and activations.
Brand Support & Strategy
- Support the Senior Brand Manager in delivering the annual brand plan and campaign calendar.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep Albert’s Schloss distinctive and relevant.
- Contribute fresh ideas and insight to planning sessions.
Collateral & Asset Delivery
- Support the production and rollout of menus, POS, and in-venue collateral, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Liaise with suppliers and printers to deliver assets across venues.
Performance & Reporting
- Collate and track campaign performance against agreed KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports for the Senior Brand Manager.
Commercials & Growth
- Support national and local initiatives to drive sales, guest frequency, and brand engagement.
- Assist with supplier relationships and day-to-day communication.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing executive role, ideally within hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms
- A creative eye for content, with a natural feel for storytelling and tone of voice.
- Confident using performance data to understand what works.
- Organised, proactive, and ready to get stuck into a busy, growing brand.
- Bonus points if you’re passionate about pizza and food culture.
