We're recruiting experienced Chef de Parties to join the kitchen team at Albert's Schloss on a fixed term contract from mid-September until the end of December. You will be a part of our Oktoberfest celebrations as well as the Christmas period - our busiest time of the year!

This is a fantastic opportunity to work through our busiest and most exciting season, cooking with fresh, quality ingredients alongside an experienced kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love producing great food, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes to our standards.
Working as part of a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen team.
Maintaining excellent food quality, consistency and presentation.
Supporting your fellow chefs to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Keeping high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety throughout service.

Who We're Looking For

A genuine passion for cooking and fresh food.
Experience working in a busy, fresh food kitchen is essential.
Someone who takes pride in producing consistently high-quality dishes.
