Management Accountant, Mission Mars - Ground ControlUp to £42k (Depending on experience) + up to 30% bonus What we needWe are a fast growing, award winning multi concept operator based in the North West. Our mission is simple, deliver world class food, drink, entertainment and Hospitality experiences. We are looking for a commercially orientated newly qualified or finalist accountant to support the finance function. The successful candidate will be an ambitious, hardworking and enthusiastic individual with the ability to work well in a small team. The business is expected to experience continued growth across the UK in the coming years which will involve developing existing processes to drive efficiencies. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the individual will be expected to be use their own initiative and play a key role in producing the management accounts within the Group and supporting the Finance Manager and other Management Accountants with day to day duties. It is essential that the individual has good communication skills and has the ability to handle and resolve day to day issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare Monthly Management Accounts</li><li>Day to Day balance sheet control and complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and quarterly balance sheet reviews with FM and CFO.</li><li>Intercompany reconciliation</li><li>Maintaining the general ledger within Sage200 including manual and bulk journal entry</li><li>Involvement with year end and interim audit requests</li><li>General Ad Hoc financial reporting</li><li>Maintaining a close relationship with site managers and dealing with day-to-day site finance queries</li><li>Assisting with payroll process with support of Finance Manager (circa 1000 employees)</li><li>Support commercial analysis function and complete weekly reporting to wider business stakeholders</li><li>Monthly business review meetings with venue General Managers</li></ul> Requirements<ul><li>Experience in the hospitality sector or customer facing sectors</li><li>Advanced Microsoft excel skills</li><li>Finalist or Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent</li></ul> What's in it for you<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Generous Company bonus scheme</li><li>Company Pension Scheme</li><li>Summer BBQs, Christmas Parties, Charity Events, Football Tournaments + many more events &amp; activities!</li><li>Manchester City Centre Office location (right next to Deansgate train station)</li><li>Colleague Discount (50% off all sites &amp; free guestlist at Albert Hall)</li></ul> We will aim to respond to everyone within 7-14 days.
