We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Albert&#39;s Schloss kitchen team.Salary: £13.80/hour &#43; Tronc &#43; Bonus We are looking for a Chef de Partie with the enthusiasm to succeed in a busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience working with fresh food in a high-volume restaurant. £38,500-£40,500 + tronc + up to 32% bonus

Bar Manager

£36,000-38,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + up to 32% bonus

Albert's Schloss Birmingham

General Manager

£70,000-75,000 per annum (depending on experience) + up to 32% bonus per annum (paid quarterly)

Bartender

£12.70 per hour + tronc + 75p guest experience bonus
