Built as a retreat for recreation, indulgence and pleasure, Albert’s Schloss offers roaring fires, raucous performances, tankards of Europe’s finest bier and endless entertainment through our seven nights of SHOWTIME! <a href="https://www.wearemissionmars.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://www.wearemissionmars.com/</a><a href="https://www.albertsschloss.co.uk/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://www.albertsschloss.co.uk/</a> RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Target Tracking: Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the venue sales teams</li><li>Team Management: Assessing the venue teams strengths and weaknesses to grow and develop each person</li><li>Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic seasonal sales plans that expand the venue’s customer base and increase sales via both reactive and proactive streams</li><li>Big Black Book: Establishing strong relationships with key personnel in corporate account list for that venue’s location and continually building on list alongside BDM</li><li>Location Marketing: Developing and implementing new sales initiatives and strategies specific to that venue’s location. Including the creation of yearly calendar of city events and strategies on how to link to AS</li><li>FAM trips: Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients via continuous contact and on site entertaining</li><li>Showcases: Along side the venue sales team, host seasonal corporate showcases</li><li>Networking: Attend local networking events to build relationships with local corporate accounts</li><li>Quoting: Manage all large / corporate 50 pax plus incoming enquiry (non-agency)</li><li>Enquiry Management: Chase corporate and 50 pax plus open enquiries to push conversion</li><li>Event Management: Ensure smooth handover of events to operations team and meet corporate clients on arrival</li></ul> EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<ul><li>Proven experience and track record in a Sales Role within a large, fast paced hospitality venue/brand</li><li>Demonstrable experience leading and managing a successful sales teams</li><li>Proven Proactive Sales driver with strong contacts and networking background.</li><li>In-depth knowledge and experience of the Liverpool hospitality market</li><li>A deep understanding of the sector: The Importance of Prebooked Sales, and Christmas and Occasions.</li><li>Experience in influencing and implementing a sales strategy in a multi-site/ multi-identity hospitality or leisure business.</li><li>Experience working with Corporates/ Third parties and high net worth individuals.</li><li>Use of your commercial, analytical, and data-driven mind-set to make key decisions to drive the sales proposition forward.</li><li>Strong guest-focused background with the ability to identify guest wants and needs.</li><li>Be an exceptional negotiator and strong communicator who can link well with all levels of stakeholders, suppliers, and accounts.</li><li>An innovative self-starter who is highly ambitious to succeed and develop within a growing business.</li></ul> WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU<ul><li>Salary £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience</li><li>Bonus scheme – up to 32% of salary per annum, paid quarterly</li><li>Company pension</li><li>50% discount on food &amp; drink at all Mission Mars venues</li><li>Family &amp; friends discount</li><li>Free gig tickets for Albert Hall</li><li>24/7 access to free, confidential and specialist mental health/wellbeing support</li><li>An independent culture where your ideas matter</li><li>Invites to great parties and social events including our Summer BBQ and Christmas Awards</li></ul>
